Buddy System
The buddy system pairs up 1st years with 2nd/3rd years. These are your buddies! We (the welcoming committee) will then organise fun events throughout the year for the buddies to attend together, like the buddy borrel, thrifting challenges, secret santa, and many more!!

About the Event
What the buddy system does, is pair up 1st years with 2nd/3rd years. These are your buddies! We (the welcoming committee) will then organise fun events throughout the year for the buddies to attend together, like the buddy borrel, thrifting challenges, secret santa, and many more!!
For 1st years your buddy can be kind of like a parent (or maybe an older sibling) that you can look to for advice about the best bars, cheapest beer, but also about choosing majors, finding housing and just life in general! For the 2nd/ 3rd years, think about your buddy as a practice child (or younger sibling), that you can help and look out for. But also, you can ask them for advice as well!
Worst case scenario, you make a new friend, so whats the harm in signing up!
